1 large cabbage - shredded

1 carrot grated

1 onion sliced

3/4 c of sugar

Combine above ingredients in large bowl, pour sugar over top.

Dressing:

1 tsp salt 1 tsp celery seed

1 c vinegar 1/4 c sugar

2 tsp prepared mustard

Boil dressing ingredients. Remove from heat and add 3/4 c of canola oil. Mix well. Pour over cole slaw and refrigerate.

Will keep for 9 days
