Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Salt, Pepper, Dill, Sugar, White vinegar.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil. 1/3 cup of each for 1-2 cucumbers, 2/3 cups 3-4 cucumbers, 1 cup for 5-6 cucumbers. Stir to dissolve sugar.
2. Peel cucumbers if you would like (I like to “stripe them” and run a fork along the peeled sections.)
3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dill to taste.
4. Pour hot “syrup” over seasoned sliced cucumbers. Stir or shake (over the sink if using Tupperware because shaking a hot liquid will expand and pop the lid off and spill on the floor.)
5. Chill until ready to serve.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a great recipe for a summer BBQ.

Use as many cucumbers as you want (depending on size 1-3 people per cucumber). You may use any type of cucumber available.
