Mix
3 Eggs
2 Cups Butter
3 Cups Sugar
2 tsp Rum or Brandy extract
2 tsp Vanilla extract
Mix
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
3 tbsp. Instant Coffee (foldegers)
5 1/2 Cups Flour
Add Last
3 Cups Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350*
Mix wet ingredents together
Mix dry ingredents together except chips
Use a blend mix both wet and dry together.
add Chocolate chips
Parchement paper over cookie sheet
use a small ice cream scooper 12 to cookie sheet
