1 lb fresh cranberries
1 c honey
1 c rolled oats
c whole wheat flour
1 c brown sugar
c butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place cranberries in a saucepan with 1 cups water and bring to a boil. Cook until the berries pop, about 1 to 2 minutes, not mushy. Drain, sweeten to taste with honey, cool slightly. Place oats, flour and sugar in a bowl, cut in butter until crumbly. Place oat mixture in the bottom of a greased 8 inch square pan. Cover with cranberries, top with remaining oat mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350F or until done. Top with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
