2 tsp each dry mustard, paprika
1 1/2 tsp each salt, thyme, basil
1 tsp each black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
1/2 tsp white pepper
8 slices bacon diced
1 1/2 onion chopped
1 cup bell pepper chopped
1 cup celery chopped
4 Bay leaves
1 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cups cracker crumbs
cooking spray

Directions:

1. Mix first 4 ingredients in small bowl
2. Cook bacon in skillet until brown and crispy remove and set aside leaving fat
3 Add onion to skillet cook until golden brown, add pepper, celery, bay leaf and 2 tbsp seasoning cook about 4 minutes. Add remaining seasoning and cook another 4/5 minutes, discard bay leaf
4.Combine tomato juice, milk and bacon in a large bowl and mix to blend well
5. Combine meat, eggs, and crumbs in another large bowl. Add vegetable mixture mix to blend ( do not pack tight )
Spray 13 x 9 casserole dish. Turn meat mixture into casserole making 1 or 2 Thick loaves
6.Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees in a preheated oven
7. Cut into 3/4 inch slices and serve
