1 qt. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3-5 small hot peppers
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp. salt and some pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil and add rolled roast. Bake for 3 hours at 325. Cool and slice. Cover. Reheat and serve on french rolls.
Use either for main course or as an appetizer.

Another version is to bake the roast and cool the roast. Slice the roast and put in pan with water and spices simmer until done along with a can of french onion soup.
