2 small pkgs. Lemon Jell-o
2 cups boiling water
2 cups 7-up
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup small marshmallows
2-3 large bananas

topping:
1 cup sugar 2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup pineapple juice
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. butter
1 cup whipped cream
grated cheese or chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
mix Jell-o, boiling water, and 7-up. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in pineapple, marshmallows, and bananas.
topping:
Cook flour, pineapple juice, egg, and butter until thick over low heat. Cool and stir in whipped cream. Spread on top of jell-o layer. Top with optional cheese or nuts.
