2 eggs (separated)
2 Tbsp melted butter
3/4 cup milk
1¼ cups all purpose flour
1½ tsp baking powder
½ Tbsp sugar
⅛ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites to form soft peaks. Sift all dry ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Add melted butter, egg yolks and milk to dry ingredients and blend well with slotted spoon. Gently fold beaten egg whites into batter.
Pour by portions into waffle iron and bake until golden.
