2-8 Oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
1-small can crushed pineapple, drained
1-tablespoon grated onion(i use approximately 1/2 onion
1/2-cup chopped bell pepper( i use more)
1-teaspoon Lowery’s season salt
2-cups finely chopped pecans(divide in half)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix( with a mixer) all ingredients, reserving 1 cup of pecans, and form into ball. Use wax paper to roll cheese ball in the remaining pecans. Chill and serve.
