2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
2 cups coconut flakes
¼ cup chopped almonds
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
¼ cup chopped flax seeds
½ tsp salt
½ cup oat flour
1 ½ cup smooth peanut butter
½ cup honey
¼ cup chopped dates

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300º

Bake seeds, oats and nuts on lined baking sheet for 15 minutes, stirring half way through.

Cool for about 10 minutes

Add seed mixture to bowl. Mix in salt, oat flour and dates.

Add in PB & honey. Mix well.

Scoop mixture by the heaping tablespoon or #50 scoop and roll tightly into a ball. Place on lined cookie sheet.

Chill then transfer to sealed container.
