Medium sized potatoes
olive oil
coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add one cup of cold water and the trivet to the instant pot.
Add the scrubbed potatoes onto the trivet.
Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
Natural release for 10 minutes.
Optional: put the potatoes onto a cookie sheet and brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Put into a 400 oven for 10 minutes to crisp up the skins.
