1 C. Rice (rinsed)
3/4 C. Sugar
6 C. Milk. ( 1 1/2 Qt)
2 eggs
1 t. Vanilla
Nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine rice, sugar and milk in pot and cook slowly for kernels to get soft for about an hour.
2. Mix once for sugar and milk to combine.
3. Beat in another bowl 2 eggs and vanilla till fluffy.
4. Combine all in a serving bowl and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
