1.5 pounds ground beef
3/4 cups chopped onion
1 can tomatoes
2 small cans tomato paste
2 cups water
1 Tablespoon parsley
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano

Box Mueller's Lasagna noodles
1 bag fresh mozzarella cheese
1 small container Romano(or ricotta) cheese
1 small bag fresh(or grated) parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add onions to ground beef and brown in a large pot on top of stove.

Mash tomatoes with fingers and pour into meat.
Add tomato paste, water and spices. Simmer on low 30 minutes to an hour (the longer you simmer, the better)

Cook 1 pack Mueller's lasagna noodles according to directions on box.

Spoon enough sauce in bottom of lasagna pan (to keep noodles from sticking)
Layer in this order: Noodles, meat sauce, parmesan cheese, Romano cheese and mozzarella

Layer until your pan is full, ending with meat sauce.( I sometimes end with cheese, but then cover it)

Bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes
