3 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup sugar [Optional: Can cut this to cup for less sweetness.]
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
cup butter or margarine
⅓ cup milk
1 cup brown sugar [Optional: Can cut this to cup for less sweetness.]
⅓ cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
⅓ cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes until tender, then mash.
In a casserole dish, combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cup butter (or margarine), and milk.
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, pecans, flour, and butter (or margarine).
Put the sugar/pecan mixture on top of the potatoes.
Bake uncovered for 15 to 25 minutes, or until firm.
[Tip: This is a very sweet recipe. If desired, you can cut the amount of sugar by half and it will still taste great.]
