4 large chicken breasts (I prefer skinless, bone in)
1/4 cup butter (Kerigold)
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice (bottled or fresh)
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a large baking dish.
Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken

Bake at 350 COVERED for 1 1/2 hours.
