2 lbs cheese (cheddar, smoked gouda....)
1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp dry mustard
3 cups milk
2 cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
24 oz package noodles (elbows, shells......

Directions:
Directions:
Place 5 cups cheddar cheese along with all other ingredients except for noodles into large crock pot. Allow everything to melt together. Boil noodles and add to mixture stirring to mix well. Cover and cook for 2 - 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Stir in half of the rest of the cheese then top with remaining cheese and cover and cook til cheese on top is melted.
