1/2 lb scallops
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt
dash of pepper
2 cup milk
1/2 cup cream or half and half
1 tsp paprika
11/2 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp sherry
dash of cayenne pepper
1/2 lb shrimp
1/2 lb crab

Cook scallops and shrimp ahead and drain. Over low heat, melt butter, then add flour, salt and pepper; blend well. Slowly add milk and cream finishing the white sauce. When white sauce has thickened, add paprika, Worcestershire sauce, sherry, and cayenne pepper. Blend well. Simmer about 10 to 15 minutes. Add shrimp and scallops - cook 15 minutes, then add crab and cook 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice or pasta.
