1 cup milk
2-⅓ tsp melted butter
1 cup sifted flour
tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475. Put glass Pyrex cups on a cookie sheet and place cups in preheated oven to allow cups to preheat while making batter. NOTE:You may use a popover pan.

Melt the butter and set aside.

Beat eggs with milk. Add flour, salt & pepper. Beat thoroughly. Pour ⅓ tsp melted butter each cup. Add batter until cups are full. Fill any empty cups with water.

Bake for 45 min at 475. Decrease oven to 350 and bake for 15 min more.

Enjoy with butter and/or jam.
