2 eggs
1 cup milk
2-⅓ tsp melted butter
1 cup sifted flour
½ tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 475º. Put glass Pyrex cups on a cookie sheet and place cups in preheated oven to allow cups to preheat while making batter. NOTE:You may use a popover pan.

Melt the butter and set aside.

Beat eggs with milk. Add flour, salt & pepper. Beat thoroughly. Pour ⅓ tsp melted butter each cup. Add batter until cups are ½ full. Fill any empty cups with water.

Bake for 45 min at 475º. Decrease oven to 350º and bake for 15 min more.

Enjoy with butter and/or jam.
