3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/3 cup oil(I use coconut oil)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup dried fruit of your choice

Preheat oven to 325 º
Combine oats, nuts and coconut in a large bowl.

In a saucepan, heat oil, maple syrup and honey until warm, stirring often.
Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients. Using spatula, stir mixture until it is thoroughly coated. Spread mixture into even layer on rimmed baking sheet.

Bake, stirring mixture and re spreading into even layer every 5 minutes until granola is golden brown. Cook for 20-22 minutes. Immediately remove and transfer granola to a cooled rimmed baking sheet and add dried fruit. Spread out flat and even and let cool. Stir and transfer to airtight container and enjoy!
