1 cup enriched cornmeal
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 c boiling water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450-475 degrees
Bring water to boil and add cornmeal
Beat well
Fold in egg
Pour oil in skillet
Bake for 30 minutes

or make corn poms and deep dry on top of stove
