1 pound ground meat or Italian sausage
28 oz diced tomatoes
8 oz can tomato puree or sauce
6 oz tomato paste
1 tsp fennel seed
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
2 garlic pods
1 medium onion

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in oil
add paste and 1/2 tsp sugar, stir, heat
add diced tomatoes and puree
simmer about 2 hours

saute meat, drain add to sauce

at end ad d 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
