Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups dried chipped beef, slightly chopped
8 tbsp margarine
8 tbsp flour
4- 6 cups milk
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dried beef and margarine in saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly to saturate the beef. Add flour and stir continually to let flour brown lightly. Then add milk, stirring all the time so it does not get lumpy. As it thickens, you can add more milk, and keep stirring. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir until it reaches the thickness desired. Taste gravy before you add salt as the beef is salty and you may put too much in.
