12 rolled cookies
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 beaten egg yolks
2 stiffly beaten egg whites
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, powdered sugar and egg yolks in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook until thick; let cool. Whip cream and fold in pineapple and nuts. Place half of cookie crumbs in 13 x 9" cake pan. Fold egg whites into
custard mixture and drop by teaspoonfuls over cookie crumbs. Spread whip cream mixture over custard. Sprinkle remaining cookie crumbs over the whip cream mixture. Refrigerate.
