1 cups dry quinoa, rinse all bitter saponin from the grain
3 cups water
1 cup frozen blueberries
tsp pure stevia powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
After rinsing the quinoa, place in inner pot with waster, blueberries, stevia, and vanilla. Stir and secure the lid. Press the manual or pressure cook button and adjust to 1 minute. When the timer beeps, quick release pressure until float valve drops and then unlock lid. Allow the porridge to cool slightly before spooning into bowls.
