6 Chicken thighs
6 cloves of crushed garlic
¼ C. Chicken Broth
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
Salt and pepper
⅓ C. Honey
2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper chicken sear on both sides in olive oil until golden brown. Reduce heat cover and continue cooking until cooked through. Drain oil from the pan. Turn chicken skin side up and add garlic between chicken thighs, fry until fragrant. Add honey, chicken stock, vinegar, and soy sauce. Cook until sauce reduces.
