2 cups sugar
8 T. flour
8 Eggs
1 stick of butter
8 slices of bread--cubed
1 large can crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, and beaten eggs.
Add pineapple and pour misture into a 9 X 13 pan.
Don't be concerned if the mixture appears to be curdled.
Place bread cubes on top of mixture.
Pour melted butter over the bread cubes
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes or until bread cubes are golden brown.
Serve warm or cold
