Personal Notes:
Grandma Charlotte was known for many wonderful traits, especially her sense of humor and how delighted she would get every year opening her Christmas presents. Cooking... not exactly her strongest suit. Somehow we survived the questionable pasta sauces and liverwurst sandwiches on Saltines. The one standout dish she made better than anyone else was her baked mac and cheese. I tried to recreate the recipe myself but apparently I made it too fancy, but Im leaving it in here anyway by request.
