3 eggs
1½ cups sugar
2 cups blanched almonds, chopped finely
2 Tbsp. (1 oz.) butter, grated
2¾ Tbsp. (1 oz.) chocolate chips (or other sweet chocolate), grated
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until very light.
Add almonds, butter, chocolate, and vanilla.
Let stand to thicken.
Mold into rings (or other shapes) on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 300º for 15 minutes.
