½ lb shrimp with heads (separate), cut in cubes uncooked
2 large carrots
½ lb string beans (fresh, sliced thin) or snow peas
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin into strips
½ lb pork, cut into small strips
½ lb chicken, cut into small strips
1 tbsp oil
1 package pancit bihon rice noodles
1 cube chicken boullion
2 cups water
2-4 tbsp soy sauce to taste
¼ tsp. fish sauce (optional)
1 tsp sugar to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pound shrimp heads, in water bowl. Strain and keep water, throw out heads and set aside.
2. In large pan,saute meats (and shrimp) w/ oil until cooked.
3. Add carrots, water chestnuts and shrimp head juice.
4. Add noodles, cover and cook until softened.
5. Add water to cover and chicken bouillon.
6. Add soy sauce for flavor. Add fish sauce (optional)
7. Add lemon to taste.
