1 baked ham (cooks shank)

Glaze:
½ can orange juice
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 small can pineapple juice
1 can beer
½ cup mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Mix glaze ingredients together with hand mixer.
3. Prepare ham in pan.
4. Pour glaze mixture over ham.
5. Bake ham for 35-45 mins; basting ham with liquid every 15 mins.
6. When fully baked, collect juice and cook over strove top to thicken as gravy.
