MAKE THE FILLING FIRST.
CUP of sugar; 1 cup crushed pineapple; 1 tbsp cornstarch
BOIL together for 10 minutes till thickens.
COOL & SET ASIDE

CRUST:
⅓ cup melted butter; cup sugar; 1-1 cups flour; 3/4 tsps baking powder; 1 egg beaten.
MIX & PRESS INTO 8X8X2 CAKE PAN SPRAYED WITH BUTTER OR PAM.

TOPPING:
8oz cream cheese; 2 egs beaten; 3 tbsps of flour; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 2 cups milk; 1/2 cup sugar & 1 tsp lemon juice.
MIX ALL TOGETHER
POUR OVER CRUST & PINEAPPLE MIXTURE
SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON.

BAKE @ 350 FOR 45 MINUTES AND CHECK FOR DONENESS.
Could take up to an hour but don't overcook.
