Ingredients:  
Raw and unsalted nuts and seeds of choice:
almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
Per 4 cups of nuts:
1 egg white
1/2 c sugar
1 T sea salt
1T chili powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º
Whisk egg white(s) in a large bowl until foamy.
Mix spices in a small bowl.
Fold nuts and seeds into the egg whites until well coated.
Fold in spices into the nuts.
Spread in a single layer onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake 45 minutes, flipping once after 25 minutes.

Store in air tight container.
