24 Green Onions, trimmed and coarsely chopped
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Kosher Salt
8 oz package Cream Cheese, softened and cut up
8 oz Sour Cream
1 Lemon, juiced

Crostini or Toasted Bread cut up into strips

Preheat Oven to 425

Drizzle Green Onions with Olive Oil, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Toss to coat. Place Green Onions in a shallow baking pan (or cookie sheet). Spread in an even layer. Roast 15-20 minutes, stirring once until softened and browned in spots. Let cool.

Transfer Onions to a food processor. Add Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Lemon Juice and 1/2 teaspoon Salt. Process until smooth. If doing by hand - finely chop onions and stir in remaining ingredients.
