1/2 kg of peeled potato’s
1 cup of plant based milk
1 tbsp of dairy free butter
3 chopped spring onions
Pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chopped the potatoes and bring them to boil then leave to simmer for around 20 minutes until nice and soft. Once cooked drain the potatoes and add the plant based milk and dairy free butter and start to mash sprinkle a little salt and pepper then add the spring onions mash until nice and creamy then serve.
