2 cups of couscous
1 tsp of mixed herbs
2 cups of veggie broth

Directions:
Directions:
Add the couscous to a saucepan, boil the kettle and mix up the veggie broth with the mixed herbs then add to the couscous and bring to a simmer, simmer for 2-3 minutes stirring occasionally then take off the heat and leave to one side covering with a tea towel for at least 5 minutes. Then it’s ready to serve with any main meal or salad.
