Preheat Oven to 425F
layer cookie sheet with aluminum foil - no spray needed
put 2 - 3 tomatillos on the foil
clean your peppers (the hotter means more seeds and center membrane - cut all that out for NO HEAT)
place in oven for 15 minutes
While your tomatillos and peppers cook prep your seasoning ingredients
put all measured amounts into food chopper (I used Nutra Ninja)
pulse until chopped to desired consistency
After the tomatillos & peppers timer goes off, take them out of the oven and carefully throw them in the chopper with the rest of your ingredients. Again, pulse slowly in brief increments until your salsa reaches its desired consistency.
Enjoy of tacos, sops, tamales, nachos, or with just chips and a movie.
