1 pint blueberries, washed and drained well
2 sticks unsalted butter or margarine (softened)
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1½ tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º and grease and flour 10-inch tube pan
2. Use mixer to cream butter or margarine and sugar. add eggs one at a time.
3. Beat well after each egg is added. Add vanilla and beat until fluffy.
4. Dredge berries w/ ¼ cup flour. Set aside.
5. Sift remaining flour with baking powder and salt.
6. Fold into cake batter until well blended.
7. Gently stir in berries.
8. Bake for 1 hour and 10 mins or until cake is done in middle.
9. Place pan on rack and cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
