4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup LARD
1 T. sugar
1 T. vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, lard, sugar, salt until small peas size pieces form. Combine vinegar, egg and water add to flour mixture.
For 1 crust shell bake 10 minutes at 475º. For 2 crust pie follow pie recipe.
