Ingredients:	Ingredients: 6 medium potatoes 3 Tbls butter 1/4 c flour 2 c milk Salt Pepper Paprika

Directions:	Directions: Boil potatoes Meanwhile in saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to boil. Cook and stir for 2min or until thickened. Put potatoes in a baking dish, add cream sauce, sprinkle with paprika Bake 350º for 15min or until hot **Option to add cheddar cheese to the mixture
