2 cups potatoes, diced small
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp parsley flakes
pepper to taste

2 cans cheddar cheese soup
2 cups evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes small. Put in sauce pan with water, pepper, butter and parsley flakes and cook until tender. Put everything in crock pot and add cheddar cheese soup and evaporated milk. Cook on low for a few hours, it will thicken.

*** I use more potatoes, 1 can cheddar cheese soup and less milk for more thickness.
