2 C pecan halves
1 egg white
1t water
C sugar
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
t ground cloves
t nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites until foamy. Set aside.
Combine sugar and spices.
Put pecans in egg whites and stir.
Dip pecans in spices one pecan at a time or dump everything together,
Spread these out on untreated cookie sheet. Bake 275 for 30 minutes.
