¼ c butter
2 tsp baking powder
1 ¼ c flour
⅔ c milk
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450º

In square pan 9x9x2, melt butter in the oven, remove the pan

Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl, add milk, stir just until dough forms, about 30 strokes

Turn dough onto a well floured cloth-covered breadboard, roll dough around to coat with flour, knead lightly about 10min

Roll into 8-inch square, cut into strips

Dip into butter, coating both sides and arrange into rows

Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown
