Brownie Base Layer

1 c sugar
½ c butter
4 eggs
1 c flour
1 t vanilla
16 oz can of chocolate syrup

Mix, pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350º Let cool.
 

Minty good layer


Ingredients:

2 c powdered sugar
2 T Crème de Menthe
1/2 c softened butter

Directions:

Cream powdered sugar, butter and Crème de Menthe. Spread evenly over the Brownie Base layer.
 

Top Layer


Ingredients:

1 c chocolate chips
6 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together and let cool a bit. Spread evenly over the top.

Bill was famous for these. He could whip up a batch before work and take them to his office! He didn’t care if each layer cooled before adding another. It still tasted divine.
