1/2 c. chunky natural peanut butter
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. sugar
10 c. baguette bread cubes, dried
1/2 c. strawberry and/or blackberry jam
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c whipping cream
6 T. sugar
1 1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
3 T butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar cubes, crushed

Butter 3 qt. baking dish; set aside.. In a small bowl stir together peanut butter, half the cream cheese and the 2 tsp. sugar. Place bread in dish. Use two spoons to drop mounds of peanut butter mixture into crevices among bread cubes. Drop mounds of jam into empty crevices. Cube remaining cream cheese, place in any empty spaces.
In a large mixing bowl whisk eggs until well blended. Whisk in milk, cream, the 6 T sugar, vanilla, 1/2 tsp kosher salt and nutmeg. Pour egg mixture over bread in dish. Cover. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Remove dish from refrigerator. Let stand 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350. Uncover. Drizzle with the 3 T butter and crushed sugar cubes. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cool on a wire rack 10 minutes before serving. Top with fresh berries, if desires.

Have never made this dish, and I think it would need the right occasion. Sounds awfully sweet!
