Brats
2-3 bottles of beer
11 C water
2 or 3 Zatarains seafood seasoning pouches
Onion
Lemon
Potatoes
Corn on the cob

Directions:
Directions:
Grill brats and cut into two pieces.
Bring beer, seasoning, water, onion to boil. Add potatoes and brats, cover and cook 15 min. Add corn, cover cook 3 min. Add shrimp, cover and cook 5 min.

The quantities of each item is subject to how many people you want to serve. There isn’t a right balance of ingredients. Cook outside. Add any seafood desired. Could use chicken. Traditionally served on butcher paper.

Alternate: make foil pouch dinners to cook on a campfire.
