3 cups flour
1 cup shortening
5 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt and flour, add shortening and blend well Put egg, vinegar and water in a cup and beat well, then add to mixture. Mix and roll out. Makes 4 crusts.
