Broil until brown. Bake at 300º for 40 minutes. Or grill face down until brown then skin side down until done.

The Grandchildren called him Bompa, Bopa, or Bops! His salmon cooking was terrific! When the Navy and our town (Oak Harbor, WA) had a barbecue together, he helped cook barrels of salmon brought in from Alaska.
