½ cup butter
½ cup sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
Tart jelly (cherry or quince)

Bake at 350º
Combine butter, sugar and egg yolk – beat until fluffy – add vanilla and flour – Shape into small balls – place on ungreased baking sheet – with finger press indentation into center of each ball – fill cavity with jelly – bake for 12 min
