½ cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 can (13¼ oz) pineapple chunks
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 small green pepper
Frozen meatballs
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar and cornstarch in skillet – stir in pineapple with syrup, vinegar, and soy
2. Heat to boiling stirring constantly – reduce heat to simmer – add meatballs and cover – stir occasionally for 10 min –
cut the green pepper into strips and stir in and cover for 4 to 5 min
3. You can serve over rice
